Order Processing

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

While most orders ship within this timeframe, processing times may occasionally vary due to order volume, inventory verification, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, BSC Laboratories ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions

Products sold by BSC Laboratories are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research use and will only be shipped where permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. BSC Laboratories is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or appears to be missing, please contact us promptly. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials, photograph the package and its contents, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
