By placing an order with BSC Laboratories, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale.
Research Use Only
All products sold by BSC Laboratories are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research use.
Products are not intended for human consumption, clinical use, veterinary use, therapeutic use, or diagnostic purposes.
Age Requirement
By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction.
Customer Responsibility
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Product Information
BSC Laboratories makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and information. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or availability are free from errors.

Order Acceptance

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSC Laboratories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product.
The purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability for the proper handling and use of products purchased from BSC Laboratories.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
